Miss Katie woke up just after 9:00 tonight so I loaded her up in the van (Yes, in her jammies!) and we headed out to see the local fireworks. I have no idea why they were on a SUNDAY night!
Last year Katie was "freaked out" by the noise. She doesn't really remember the fireworks, but she does remember being scared by the popping. This time she really enjoyed it.
On the way home she said, "Thanks, Momma, for takin' me out to see the friarworks. I lub you so much!"
Makes the mosquito bites worth it.
